I've had my bag for 8 months now and it is still looking great and wearing very well. Sarah Haran was extremely responsive when I raised a problem with one of the poppers that was coming open too easily while the bag was being carried. They replaced the popper free of charge and this has improved this aspect of the bag. The issue was handled very professionally and promptly meaning I would put my trust in this company. I was very grateful for the personable way the company communicated with me. I still love the smell of the beautiful leather and suede interior and the colour hasn't faded at all despite being used every week. I can now imagine this bag being with me for a long time and am glad to have found it. Thank you.
