Thank you for sending the Father Christmas letters to my Granddaughters...Holly Haythornthwaite and Hattie Haythornthwaite........but unfortunately when I emailed yourselves to ask if you had received my order for the girls...you replied that you had only received Hollys and not Hattie.s ...so I applied for Hattie to receive a letter again ......and so today Holly got one letter and Hatt got two letters....please could you get back to me to explain....and could I have a refund for one of Hatties letters...Thank you ...I'll wait to hear back from you ...yours Jean Haythornthwaite..(Grandma)..
