I ordered three letters for three sisters. The two that arrived were excellent but I had a granddaughter who cried all day because her sisters had a letter from Santa and she didn't. It was cruel to have that happen and I think that whatever caused this to happen needs to be looked at and changed. I now have a 5 year old that thinks Santa hates her. It should never have happened.
I cannot find the words to say how I feel about your service, surfice to say not highly.
I hope you respond but won't be surprised if you don't.
