Great service thank you, but the only thing I would suggest is putting a printed envelope inside the delivery one so parents that have opened it to see the letter first can re-seal it - I didn’t realise that it came separated inside the envelope it was delivered in, or I wouldn’t have opened it. Not a huge problem, but a small addition that would make a big difference to the experience and 5 star review.
