I use this service every year and have always been more than happy.
However, this year, the letter actually told my son what he would be getting for Christmas.
Exact words were ‘We are putting the finishing touches to Alexa’ which was too of his Christmas list.
Never before has this happened. Normally ot would say something along the lines of ‘we will try our best to bring the Alexa you asked for’
I am really disappointed and wont be using this service again.
