I would love to be able to post a review about the product, but since placing and order on June 21, after speaking with a member of their sales team where I was told that delivery would take longer than usual and would be 10-12 working days, I'm still waiting to even get a confirmed delivery date.
On July 7 I received an email saying that due to "technical issues" my order would take a further 1-2 weeks, and then on July 30 another apologetic email saying they couldn't fulfil my order. No reason given.
I've tried calling but they don't answer irrespective of which option you pick, preferring to hide behind the anonymity of emails. I can't afford to wait any longer so will be cancelling my order.
