Placed order 11th June - 4weeks later still no rubber chippings! Communication was poor to begin with due to a technical fault with the machine which a delay on the orders. I wish the company had informed me of this sooner as I didn’t mind waiting - just wanted to know where the order was! Once this was rectified, the company contacted me and arranged delivery! Delivery was prompt although beware this is only curb side delivery!!! Product is great really bouncy and perfect for play area! The uncoloured chipping were almost all black which we really like! Finally here now we are very happy!
