We had our door installed on the 31st July, the lock broke a week later. A engineer came and put through the window after taking a crowbar to it and damaging the door. Safe style assured us the door would be replaced but would have to wait 6 weeks for another door to be made. The door has still not been replaced, we were then contacted again and told another 4 weeks to now another 4 weeks. Due date now 17th November. The door was not and is still not secured so anyone can get into our house which our house insurance would be void if anything was to happen. Safe style just keep saying sorry and that's it. We cannot get to speak to any managers as all we get is "there is nobody available" Being a manager myself I find this hard to believe, you make yourself available for your customers. Poor service from what was a faulty lock from a Safestyle product. I would advise anyone considering Safestyle to go for a private company as I truly believe the situation would of been resolved by now and not having to wait 4 months after installation.
