The training was very informative and engaging. The trainer (Jenny) was very friendly and enthusiastic when demonstrating the different areas of safety. Her energy helps the training to be more interesting and she always ensures that we understand the process of each area shown, such as the DR ABC, CPR, chocking position etc.
I would redo my refresher with Safe and sound.
