I had excellent service on Upgrading my Sage programme, as the copy I was using is no longer supported.
I am a semi retired accountant, who is not technically very able, and the Support staff were excellent talking me through everything, especially as i needed to transfer to another laptop.
Very professional and sympathetic service.
