It is said that good customer service can only be judged by how a company responds when things go wrong......in this instance Ruislip Appliances are five star...... I purchased a fridge freezer and arranged for it to be delivered and fitted three days later. (They offered earlier delivery if it was an emergency purchase) The fitters rang first thing on the delivery day to say they were on their way and arrived before 10am. Due to an old and now slightly warped unit this was not an easy task and the fitters did everything they could to try to complete the job, but alas the appliance would not fit properly with the cabinet doors attached. This was then followed by the realisation that the appliance itself did not work. A new fridge freezer was swiftly dispatched and installed with a minium of fuss. The installation fee was waived without any prompting and the fitter called at the end of the working day to make sure that there were no further issues. In all, with the excellent service in the showroom, the efforts of the fitters, the minimal fuss replacing the faulty unit and the follow-up call, I have no hesitation in giving Ruislip Appliances FIVE STARS and recommending them. In future they will be my first point of call when purchasing any household appliance.
