Can't comment on the quality of the rug as despite 5 emails from the delivery company over the last 3 days STILL no rug!

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have tracked your delivery online, your was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 27th March. According to the couriers notes the delivery was delayed due to a vehicle breakdown and the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday 30th. We will check this with the couriers first thing Monday morning and contact you with an update.
