I hadn't noticed the promotional code until after I placed the order. I emailed admitting it was my error however the Rugstore reimbursed me the discount for which I was most grateful.
The rug was sent directly from the manufacturer and unfortunately they sent the wrong design, picker error. I phoned the Rugstore who arranged for theat one to be collected and the correct one to be delivered the following day. Great service by the Rugstore and very reactive. Good customer service.
