Ordered a special Rolex watch for my 50th birthday when I was 48 costing £7,000, this was nearly 6 yrs ago. I was told by the general manager that I was number 4 on the list at the time and should get it in time for my birthday, I offered to leave a substantial deposit but was told that wouldn’t be necessary. 6 yrs later still waiting. I have never had so much as a phone call and have had to chase them 4 times. I have now been told that people who spend more money with them and want the same watch have been leap frogging me over the last few years and are simply more important to them and there is very little chance of me getting my watch at all……….happy birthday!! Terrible customer service, don’t use this jeweller unless you are a high roller, you will not be important to them.
