Absolutely amazing customer service on Saturday when I returned my size 6 boots for a size 5 with the owner of the shop..........
Lovely shop visit every year around Christmas but bought these particular boots online so probably in future will try on in the the shop which would also be a good excuse to visit Hebden too!
