Overall, fantastic service and quick delivery. There were some minor hiccups regarding what the delivery service included, as they’d changed their services after the order was placed, however this was all handled quickly and professionally and customer service bent over backwards to make sure there would be no issue upon arrival. Initially the sofa delivery time offered was further than expected, however I spoke to the team on the phone and they were able to change this to a much sooner date, which is much appreciated as I live quite far from their usual delivery routes. Delivery drivers were lovely and assembled the sofa perfectly. I live on the second floor of an old Georgian building without a lift, so I really appreciate they were able to deliver this to my living room. The lovely gentlemen also assembled the legs and attached the sofas together - as a solo young female this would’ve been very difficult, so I am extremely grateful for your services.
