This company is amazing! Like everyone I was skeptical at first ordering online, but I’m so glad I took that leap! From start to finish the process went smoothly, as soon as I ordered the team got in touch to schedule a delivery date that suited me, I got updates on the order throughout. On the day of delivery I got a live tracking link to follow so that I could see the exact location of the delivery driver as he travelled up the country, this was very helpful! Once the delivery arrived, the delivery man was lovely! Very polite and professional, and explained his delivery buddy had unfortunately called in sick so he was on his own. However you would’ve never thought it as he brought the items in and made them all in less than an hour! Very quick and efficient, and helped to dismantle the boxes afterwards. I will definitely not hesitate to order from here again! The quality of the sofa and the armchair are fantastic, and I received the items within 2 weeks of ordering! Overall 10/10 service, cannot recommend highly enough.
