This is the first time I've used Rubberduck Bathrooms, I needed an Abacus Elements single fall tray and wanted to deal with a local supplier (I'm based in Durham) which is why I chose them. The order (which was sent direct from Abacus) was shambolic with items missing (twice), items damaged in transit (transported by a delivery driver who couldn't communicate with me because his English was so poor) and replacement items (for the ones missing) being incorrect. Would I use Rubberduck Bathrooms again, yes I would but only due to the real efforts made by Gary Murphy (Ecommerce Manager) to resolve the issues I experienced - a true 'customer experience' focused member of your team.
