The bathroom tap I ordered arrived promptly, however was the incorrect colour. We didn’t realise this until a couple of weeks after as there was a delay with the bathroom fitting, however they quickly arranged for the mistake to be corrected and sent the correct colour tap which arrived a couple of days later. The tap itself appears to be good quality and as described 👍🏼
