Regrettably, a hugely disappointing experience. I ordered a rectangular shower tray, which arrived different to the product advertised. Hench it could not be used. The item had to be sent back because the advertised tray we thought we'd purchased was not available anymore due to the supplier changing the design. After over three weeks of waiting the refund has finally been received in the bank. I understand these things take time and mistakes happen but there is no excuse for a refund to take this long when it was an error on Rubberduck's part. Frustratingly, our bathroom renovation has now been delayed by well over a month waiting for the refund to be able to purchase another tray from elsewhere. I always like to support smaller businesses and your online reviews read very well but unfortunately my experience has been very different.
