I ordered a shower tray from this company. It was faulty on delivery - a hairline crack that ran through the tray - but that fault only became clear after the tray had been put in place. The company refused to replace the faulty tray and said to my plumber "... as we're a discounted retailer, we don't have the profits in orders to replace goods free of charge when damaged". Instead, they allegedly contacted the manufacturer who, naturally, blamed the plumber. This is a shower tray, solid as a rock, which can take the weight of a large human being yet somehow they blamed the plumber who was accused of installing it incorrectly. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this outfit nor will I be doing business with them again.
