Good selection on web site and is easy to use. I ordered 2 wet room pipe sleeves and chased them up after a week as not arrived. Rubberduck said that the sleeves had been sent via Royal Mail but couldn't track any further. I've asked for a refund which they have said they will do once they receive it back from Royal Mail. 3 weeks on still no refund. Hopefully a one-off problem as would like to use them again for their range of items on sale.
