We ordered a tileable shower tray former and waste kit. Despite spending a good while on the phone with one of their salesmen to make sure we ordered everything needed, it turned out we hadn't. Hardly the end of the world, but this miscommunication ended up costing us more money as it was more expensive to buy the waste kit on its own. The shower tray was damaged on arrival and Rubberduck dealt with this promptly and a replacement was delivered. But, to be honest, it felt like a middling experience.
