Helpful on the phone, delivery was reasonably quick. However, every single one of the panels was damaged in the same place on the edge. The cardboard 'angles' (which were designed to protect them in transit) were split into two lengths, with the gap in the middle being the weak point. Luckily, our bathroom fitter was able to work around the problem by master-craftsmanship, plus our reluctance to send the damn things back and risk the whole project timetable. It only goes to show how delivery is still a massive part of the online economy. Would have been 5/5 if delivery had been perfect.
