This is a review for the replacement bath panel that was needed as I had been sent a damaged panel initially and I was impressed by the replacement process which was easy.
Sadly the replacement product arrived in a worse state than the first. The wooden painted panel and plinth arrived with no internal protective packaging in a flimsy broken cardboard box. The panel was dirty and covered in finger and hand prints. Clearly there is a problem in the warehouse with the checking, packing and dispatch of goods. The first damaged panel arrived in bubbble wrap, cling wrap, foam packing and a cardboard box so I am at a loss as to why this one arrived in the state it did. I was disappointed the first time but the second time I was shocked and felt that as a customer I was not valued as they had sent out a product with very little care. This is a complete contrast to the experience of phoning (a rare to ing for a company nowadays) and speaking to the lovely people who sort this out. They are very good and helpful and it feels like 2 very different sides to the company where one side really doesn’t care and the other side does and tries their best. We’ll see what state the third bath panel arrives in- fingers crossed!
