Emily and Sarah at RTO Material have been fantastic in their customer service with very speedy turn arounds to answering my questions or providing an A+ service.
Their prices are reasonable for what they are providing.
My only thing that can a little frustrating is that the Performance Assessments are essentially a copy and paste of the Training Package requirements for the unit. There really is much thought in how participants can complete their assessments.
