RSF were excellent with their range of products. The bathroom i was fitting took longer then usual, subsequently i hadn't opened all of the bathware within the 30 day period allowed for checking. Unfortunately there was scratch on one of the face plates. I called a few times and was really happy to speak to Rick the owner who was very understanding being a fitter himself. He didn't promise anything but contacted hansgrohe on my behalf regarding the damaged part, i was happy to pay for it, part pay or any situation really to receive the part needed to give my customer the quality finish they paid for. I received the replacement within a week and as promised Rick passed it on for what he was required to pay for it which was free on this instance. I cannot guarantee that everyone will receive parts for free, i however was extremely happy with my experience with RSF bathrooms and will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service, Fast response times, ALL ROUND 5 STAR. Beware of some online companies as some do not even have a phone number. RSF is non one of those. Blue Porter BLAP Construction LTD
