I was so excited to receive my parcel of a 34D (Grace)bra. But oh dear so bitterly disappointed when I tried It on. I had spoken with Avery nice lady to make sure of fitting size but I could not fasten the band at all,supposed to be 30” and the cup size was huge I thought there may have been a mistake and I returned the item. I should have put in a note explaining the oddity of th shape but only ticked the boxes band to tight and cup to big. I thought I might have heard from you but this is the first communication(a general request) I have had. Since then I have purchased 3 bras 34D from another company all of which fit perfectly. I was so pleased to have found a British company but my experience has not been as I would have wanted.
