I can only praise the staff at Royce for their helpfulness and prompt support (no pun intended!). I had been to a well known retailer for a fitting - they were useless, and I bought a bra that was the wrong size. I contacted Royce in desperation. They asked for measurements and photos - were very thorough (via many emails). They suggested a bra and size. They were right , and I am now sorted with the correct bra size. Their online support - sales and design team were at all times friendly, courteous and helpful - as well as honest. They know what they are talking about.
