I’ve written two letters which I emailed to you asking for advice but to date have had no acknowledgement or reply. Instead I am bombarded with offers on a near daily basis. I was initially pleased with the fit but after two careful hand washes it no longer provided separation and a bump is visible even under a fairly sturdy cotton jumper. The little bow fell off in the wash, that is not a problem but the fit of the bra is. I hope your team will be able to help me.
