I made an error in the selection of my combined vanity unit and toilet. Only realised after it had been delivered. Too deep. My mistake ! I phoned Royal, they gave me clear instructions to explain this in an email with photos of the delivered items. I re ordered the correct units, Royal then delivered them the next day and picked the first order. One day later a complete refund on the first order was in my account. Excellent service, efficient and professional. Well done Royal Bathrooms. The bathroom furniture and toilet are of very good quality. Absolutely reccomend this company to anyone on the experience I have had.
