Ordered toilet and when installed at weekend found that there was a crack in the rear on the u bend
Contacted Royal Bathrooms on the Sunday afternoon and didn't expect anything to happen until Monday ,but i recieved an email saying a new toilet would be delivered on Monday . At 3pm on Monday a new toilet was duly delivered and the old faulty one uplifted
