I had an issue with delivery, and attempted to ensure Roseland was aware of it immediately, my query was ignored, and not believed.
However after emails were sent and replies were returned by four different names it became clear my query was not being taken seriously at all.
It turned out that DPD was blamed for not even picking up the item from Roseland.
If I hadn't informed them I would never have got my item delivered.
However, the item on delivery was of good quality as expected.
The staff at the office I dealt with were not.
