Communication was really bad, I had to chase them for update on my order as they would not contact me. After 2 months they advised me to contact delivery team and I started to chase them on update. Even though I am very happy with the product I ordered, because of the lack of communication and stress around where is my order and when i will recieve it, I wont be ordering from Room to Grow anymore.
