Over one month since I raised issues with the bed I ordered, they still have not been resolved. I have not been able to complete the build of my daughter's bed. The overall experience has been extremely negative. The boxes were damaged when they first arrived and had to go back. Minor damage to the boxes on the 2nd delivery but could not wait any longer to receive the bed as we were moving house, so had to accept them. Whilst building the bed, I discovered two of the slats were rotten, and the drawer unit was missing several bolts, plus there was a hole missing in one of the pieces of wood. To save everyone the hassle of returns, I asked for the two rotten slats to be replaced and to be sent the missing bolts/screws to my new address. I was willing to drill the hole that was missing, although this is far from ideal. Eventually, I received the missing slats (which I has to cut down to fit). However, after several emails, I am still without the missing bolts for the drawer. The quality of the furniture is not great and the service so far has been poor. I am giving two stars simply for the fact the wrong colour was selected when purchasing the bed and I was able to get this corrected immediately.
