Whilst the product I ordered is really great, the service received was terribly disappointing.
My order arrived months after it was supposed to even though I had paid for the item at the point of placing the order.
I had to constantly chase customer service for updates and was given several delivery dates which simply came to nothing.
Unreliable and complacent service.
