So after ordering the wrong lead I rang up to see if I could return it to them which they said I could explained to them that the tape had split on one role in transit which they said was fine....Took a 3 and a half hour trip to there from Nottingham just for the guy to go back on his word and not take the one where the tape had split saying to me I had opened it when I didn't and didn't even need to as I managed to sort some more lead from Notts on the day of the job so their lead was just left to aside...Said he would agree to taking it back but at only 25% OF THE original value....asked him why this wasnt mentioned ovwr the phine and tbh he wasnt trying to have a conversation with me or give me the customer service i felt as tho i deserved after driving down from so far. Tbf he had this take it or leave it attitude and as I have learning difficulties which is embarrassing to have to deal with sometimes but anyway, had to suck it up and ask him the reasoning for him only giving g me 25% of the original value back...he began started to argue with me and say I was going back and forth with him I genuinely wasnt and believe after a 3 and a half hour journey I wasn't trying to do that with the man that was supposed to be giving my money back as I'm just not that guy.... asked him very politely why he had to be so abrupt with me as im being very polite from my end...keeping in mind i just got out of the car afrer being stuck in London Traffic for an hour after coming down from Nottingham. He was very argumentative, was trying his best to antagonise the situation as I could tell he wasn't happy as I didn't want an exchange and wanted my money back..... But as soon as I asked him why he had to be so abrupt he said he wouldn't take the roll which had the snapped tape on....tbh it started from my mistake as I ordered the wrong size lead but ive been in the trade for over 15 years now and have never expected such a low level of customer service and general understanding of a situation. They seem like a drop shipping company and I wish I had read there reviews before using them as someone had to take them to court to get there money back on an order that was wrong like mine.... and the fact you can't leave anymore reviews on Google for em just says it all really... Poor service, rude man, and even worse attitude....
