I got my son a Dolan hoverboard for Christmas two years ago. Just under a year later it developed a battery problem.. not charging properly and cutting out suddenly and throwing the rider off. My heart sank but I needn't have worried. I contacted Dolan, they arranged for me to send it back, replaced the battery pack and sent it back to us good as new. Has been fine since. So grateful for their excellent customer service!
