I have been buying and loving Rohan garments for decades. Last year I bought a pair of women's Striders in size 8. Usually I buy a size 10 but Striders were far too big in this size so I opted for an 8 which fitted perfectly. I was so pleased with them that this year, with an offer, I decided to have a pair in another colour. The size 8 pair arrived but it was at least 2cm smaller in all dimentions compared to my first pair. I sent a photo comparing them when I returned them, requesting a size 10 as a replacement. A couple of weeks later the replacement pair arrived but again it was a tiny size 8. These have now been returned and I await a replacement size 10 or a refund. Not good service and inconsistent sizing. I expect higher standards from Rohan.
