On line order last Thursday paying extra for a Saturday delivery.
It didn’t happen. DPD not received the parcel.
CS on Monday told me the delivery would be today- Tuesday.
Still no delivery and DPD at 1pm still hadn’t received the parcel to be able to deliver.
Cancelled the order even when I was offered the goods free of charge including a full refund.
I’ve spent at least a £1000 in the last twelve months online and in the Keswick store. No more.
I hate bad customer service.
Two chances and your out.
