Got wife pair of wellies think beginning of lockdown last year within a short while can’t remember which boot but one of thm tore at the top - so phone up got new pair sent out think my wife sent photo of damage? All good - except several months later started getting calls myself & my wife from Rohan “ why weren’t faulty boot not returned”? Explanation at the time early on in Covid lockdown was an unknown time re the virus and sending back was not straightforward & this seem to be accepted then But then months later we are made to feel like we are at fault!
Have bought many Rohan items over the years but this was not good Rohan ‘PR’
Also the merino range Rohan now offer is very poor standard compared to when the merino underwear ect was pure merino and well designed ie new style merino mixed with man made product boxer shorts uncomfortable design and feel very synthetic rubbish
