Once an offer was made, Kate Trewhella worked tirelessly to convert it to a successful exchange, dealing with the frankly mediocre firm of solicitors employed by the buyers. She applied firm and constant pressure to those less efficient parties and formed a formidable team with our solicitor. It is no exaggeration to say that without Kate, the chances of achieving the (at times apparently impossibly optimistic) completion date desired by the buyers, would have been nil. Emails were answered extremely promptly, often within seconds, and it was abundantly clear that we were in good and experienced hands throughout the process. Robert Cooney have also acted as agents for letting our two flats and they have been similarly efficient and pro-active in that regard. The flats have rarely been empty for any length of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Cooney highly to anyone considering selling or letting property.
