Would have had 5* rating had it not been for the fact that when I phoned following a delivery notification from courier with no tracking number, I was greeted by a young lady who really did not want to be dealing with calls. She assumed I was calling about delayed delivery due to COVID and aggressively referred me to their web page notice. Thankfully I was more assertive and explained that had she listened to my points she would have heard it was not to due with delay but no tracking number. I appreciate frustration, but aggressiveness does not bode well.
