I ordered a table & 2 chairs in April, the chairs were advertised as in stock and the table due at the end of the month. Once the order was confirmed I asked for the chairs to be delivered, but turns out they weren't in stock after all.By the end of July, i was still waiting for both the chairs and the table. Despite stock availability being misrepresented on the website, I do understand delayed deliveries of gardne furniture due to covid and Brexit challenges. What is hard to understand, is the complete silence from Riverside in the 4 months I was waiting, being treated a bit of a nuisance when I asked for an update on delivery timescales and ultimately being referred to 'Patrick', who was short, sharp and did little to build my confidence nor reflect well on the company. I am still waiting for a refund receipt for the cancelled chairs, and doubt very much I will buy from Riverside again.
