After scouring the internet for a pellet smoker in the UK and doing lots of research the only company that was interested in my custom and had the exact smoker i wanted in stock was Riverside. They replied within 5 minutes of my email about availability and delivery of the Weber Smokefire EX6 and the cost etc, and apologised for not being able to deliver next day but it was 3.30pm in the afternoon and covid lockdown restrictions. I purchased the Weber Smokefire with the extras i’d asked for, grill cover, front shelves and pizza stone. It was delivered within 48 hours. Well done Riverside and thank you.
