My Viking cruise was cancelled but Rivervoyages did not let me know and I was only made aware by a third party.
I have emailed them on several occasions but have never had the basic courtesy of a reply.
I have also telephoned on many occasions but have either been cut off or failed to get a staff member.
I fear i will have to resort to legal proceedings to have my money returned
