I never got the chance to enjoy my River Voyage due to the virus. I have eventually been refunded the cost of the cruise but not the deposit which was in your hands for over a year. I told the agent who phoned me that I no longer had the original credit card and I am now suspicious that she did not take a note of that. Achieving a refund is like getting blood out of a stone!
