ordered a garden table and chairs, the table arrived cracked, contacted customer services and the issue was resolved quickly, sent out another table for it to be cracked too, rang back again and they sent the table for the THIRD time and it was still broke! Simply not good enough- maybe if they put bubble wrap on the item instead of plastic it may make delivery in one piece! Now have 3 broken tables to dispose of and chairs that aren't much use- still need to get a table. and only got a partial refund as the chairs couldn't be returned as they where no longer in their original packaging! won't be ordering again!
