Our local shop in the south of England was too pricey. Rimmers looked promising because they have high street shops. After reading several negative reviews about Rimmers, prior to ordering I conducted due diligence - calling them to try and ascertain if the product was in stock, if it was to be delivered from Rimmers, from Yamaha directly or from elsewhere. The heavily implied "next day" service was not achieved but the piano arrived one day later with a very apologetic TNT delivery man who kindly insisted on helping to get the (80kg) piano through the difficult entry door and into the music room. There is evidence the piano is very good, the box was well sealed and the firmware was up to date. It plays beautifully and the sound is excellent. No regrets going for the CSP170 over the CSP150. Recommended.
