Delivery was disappointing – the driver turned up expecting me to help him unload the truck and without anyone with him to help lift the extremely heavy box. We had to unbox it outside the house and carry it in because I couldn't lift the whole product. The piano itself is excellent, though the stool was delivered already chipped.
